Ballscrew Refurbishments

Our sister company, The Ballscrew Co, specialise in efficient, high-quality ballscrew refurbishments. Our experienced team are able to refurbish ballscrews to a exceptional standard with a quick turnaround. We now also offer on-site ballscrew refurbishments to allow for same day repair and to minimise machine downtime.

Component Repairs and Replacements

Our excellent network of engineers has allowed us to be able to repair or replace many parts on many different CNCs. From drives to spindles, we offer competitive rates and turnarounds to repair a variety of components allowing your machines to run smoothly.

Servicing

Here at 1 Stop CNC, we provide comprehensive machine servicing, tailored to maintain optimal machine performance. Our engineers carry out maintenance and servicing with a high level of attention to detail in order to extend machine life and minimise the number of machine breakdowns.

We offer in depth servicing reports for all machines we service.

Machine Commissioning/Decommissioning and Moving

Our services include the commissioning and decommissioning of machines to set up or retire CNCs depending on business needs. Our engineers are able to commission and decommission machines from start to finish and where necessary move machines inside factories as required. Dependent on machine size and model, we are able to commission or decommission a machine in as little as half a day.
